Is your loved one locked up in a Thai prison or jail? We can offer assistance to prisoners in Thailand through our network of agents in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket.

Perhaps someone you know is serving time in Thailand long term and you don’t have connections to help them while you’re out of the country. We can act as your eyes and ears on the ground.

While foreign embassies should provide help to prisoners in Thailand, we have found that the support can vary depending on your country of origin and the resources available to your embassy.  When embassy support falls short, we can fill this void, and we are not constrained by rules or red tape that government officials might be. We typically make prison visits more often than embassy staff and can often provide more useful help through our extensive local knowledge.

We can help prisoners in Thailand in the following ways:

• Arranging for our agents to make regular visits to the prison
• Conveying money to the prisoner
• Delivering goods the prisoner may want, such as newspapers, food, toiletries and clothes (where legal and permitted by the Thai authorities)
• Helping to organize the prisoner’s affairs, such as collecting and arranging storage for any possessions they may have left behind
• Relaying messages to and from family members abroad, and providing updates on the situation from a native English speaker
• Organizing travel to and from the prison for family members
